The First Step to Becoming a Regulus Instructor
Leadership Team members advance their Taekwondo curriculum to the highest levels while simultaneously receiving training in real-world leadership skills that most students don't encounter until college or their professional career.
Advanced Taekwondo Curriculum
Leadership Team members receive elite-level Taekwondo instruction — advanced forms, competition preparation, and the technical mastery required to eventually teach others.
Business & Management Training
Members learn real business principles including management, organizational leadership, and the operational skills required to run a professional martial arts academy.
Invitation-Only Standards
Selection is based on character, commitment, and demonstrated potential — not just martial arts skill. We look for students who embody the Regulus values in everything they do.

An Elite Cohort That Sharpens Each Other
Training alongside this hand-picked peer group is where real growth happens. Members challenge each other in technique, hold each other accountable to the Regulus values, and form the lifelong bonds that only come from sharing the demands of an elite program together.

Every Leadership Team member earned their place. Training with peers who share your commitment elevates everyone — iron sharpens iron, and excellence becomes the standard.

Senior members guide newer leaders, while everyone learns from each other. This culture of mutual mentorship builds the communication and coaching skills that define great leaders.
Lifelong Brotherhood & Sisterhood
The bonds formed in the Leadership Team last well beyond the dojang. Members become a tight-knit community that supports each other through college, careers, and life.
