Red Squad
Red Squad is our elite competitive training track for advanced students who are ready to take their Taekwondo to the next level. Members receive intensive training in sparring, poomsae, and competition strategy — preparing them to compete at regional, state, and national tournaments.
Red Squad members train side-by-side as a team — pushing each other, celebrating wins together, and forming the unbreakable bonds that only come from sharing the journey of high-performance competition.

The Regulus Demonstration Team is more than a performance team — it is where dedicated students develop the discipline, leadership, and commitment required to represent Regulus at the highest level.
Our team performs at major community events including the Irvine Korean Cultural Festival, Irvine Taekwondo Day, and Angels Korean Heritage Night, while also competing at state and national-level tournaments throughout the year.
